Pricing and Payment

Pricing is dependent on a couple factors such as size, medium, and how many subjects will be in the piece. I require a 50% down payment to book a custom commission. The down payment will be deducted from the final balance. Down payments are non-refundable. The final balance is due at time of completion and the piece will ship as soon as final payment is received.


Returns
I love keeping my customers happy, but unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds. Many hours of work go into each piece, and you will be updated with progress shots throughout the painting/drawing process. A final photo of the painting/drawing will be sent to you before it is shipped. If you want anything changed at any point, please don’t hesitate to speak up so I can fix it to your liking!

Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted BEFORE the painting or drawing process has begun. Once I have put brush to canvas or pencil to paper, I cannot take order cancellations.


Shipping Details
-Your painting/drawing will include insurance for the full purchase value at no additional cost
International customers should email me at support@artworkbycandy.com for a shipping quote before purchase
-I ship via USPS First Class for US orders and USPS First Class International for all other orders.
-Import tax/duty is the responsibility of the buyer
-I am not liable for any loss or damage once the painting/drawing is shipped
-I am not liable for unexpected transit delays
